Beautiful grounds in a quiet serene area away from big town or city noise. It's an old villa converted to hotel rooms. Very formal restrauant.
Elevator only goes to floor 1. You have to walk up to floor 2. They do carry your bags for you!

We enjoyed the hot & cold selection for breakfast on the terrace, and the meals at the hotel's restaurant were excellent. the staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is a bit remote, requiring the use of a car to explore the surrounding area. However, this also means that guests can enjoy a peaceful and secluded atmosphere away from the crowds of tourists.
Some guests may find the lack of public transportation options inconvenient when wanting to venture out without a car.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I really liked the beautiful gardens and well-maintained grounds. It was a lovely setting to take a stroll and enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Additionally, the staff was very welcoming and attentive, ensuring that all our needs were met. Furthermore, the hotel's convenient location allowed us to explore the nearby villages and experience the charm of the Pordenone area.
One downside of the hotel was the need for a car to access other amenities such as restaurants and shopping. There were no walking distance options available, which limited our choices for dining and entertainment.

Our stay at Villa Luppis was everything we hoped for during our Italy trip. Stepping into this historic property felt like immersing ourselves in another world. The gracious receptionist, possibly a Luppis family member, upgraded us to a junior suite and took excellent care of us. The beautiful garden provided a perfect spot to enjoy breakfast and relax in the afternoon. We indulged in a delicious dinner at the exquisitely decorated restaurant, where the attentive wait staff made us feel like royalty. We can't wait to visit again and see the new spa being built. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who made our stay so special.

We had a truly remarkable stay at a charming Italian villa nestled in a tranquil setting. The historic building exuded romance and the beautiful gardens, complete with a fantastic pool, provided the perfect oasis. The outstanding service from the staff, who went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, was truly commendable. Despite a few minor quirks, such as the shortage of plug sockets and one side of the bed being uncomfortable, the overall experience was delightful. The breakfast served on the outside terrace was exceptional and the meals included in the wedding arrangements were superb. If you're looking for a peaceful getaway with a touch of Italian charm, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
